Why does anyone write anything about this fat sack of shiat? Is this some type of meta Hipster thing I'm not getting?

I don't know anything about hipster stuff (although I guess I'm not supposed to since it's all obscure, right?) but Steven Seagal is pretty hilarious. I mean, it's not in any kind of intentional way. He's so awful but he takes himself so seriously.

The trailer for this show (this pose in fact) used to make me crack up so hard:

"you have the right to remain fondled"

Just looking at it now makes me laugh.

OKAY I AM DONE LAUGHING AT HIM NOW.

no I'm not

So, SO much THIS.

Steven Seagal is like that fat, crybaby kid in high school who's always trying to convince everyone how cool he is with his fighting "moves."

I have no idea who "Steven Seagal" is, I have never seen a "movie" or watched "televison" they are mere rumors to me, you are all ignorant savages.

... He is probably less amusing when he traps you in his house to be his groping-slave.

the funniest (and pretty much the only funny thing) that i remember from MadTV was the fat guy doing "Steven Seagal's Letterbox 2000" which was pretty much 5 minutes of "Seagal" walking around snapping necks. still cracks me up.

lets see if i can googlefu it... ah found it Link (new window)

He was also totally a parody of himself in Machete. Which is great, because he was already that anyway and he might as well roll with it.

But it was nice to see him for once not taking himself seriously. I suggest there is a correlation between that and not completely hating him for once.

Dear god. I forgot about that stuff. On a roadtrip once we found some; my friend drank two and promptly fell asleep. A truly effective energy drink.

They reportedly tasted terrible; I wasn't brave enough to try.

Far and away, my favorite Seagal moment was where he visibly wore Buddhist prayer beads and shot a suspect in the knee to get him to talk.

This is clearly a branch from the Buddha's teaching with which I am unfamilar.
