So long as the meat was used for Quakeburgers I have no problem

PETA, would you STFU, EABOD and DIAF, ASAP?

2011-11-01 07:52:32 PM
And that's a SHOOT, brother!

2011-11-01 07:54:22 PM
Fark you PETA for making me sympathize with Reese Witherspoon.

Wouldn't Jake the Snake be more upset? Hogan was more about feather boas.

PETA already made a hefty donation to the Get Jake Roberts an Eightball Foundation, so he's cool.

"Reese Witherspoon's python skin"

Had to stop reading there for a moment. *shudder*

Are pythons endangered? No.*
Are pythons cute & cuddly? No.
Are pythons generally raised in horrible conditions to maximize their body size and birth quantity? Not really (they don't breed or grow like that)
Were the pythons skinned alive to the gloating cheers of bloodthirsty crowds? Probably not.

So who gives a rats' ass, except dingalings like PETA, and those of us who prefer less tacky accessories?

*Unless she's carrying around a purse made of wild python hide--the beasts are not endangered if they're ranched in the US.

2011-11-01 08:12:39 PM
I guess no one from PETA has spent any time meandering through the Florida Everglades.

2011-11-01 08:16:36 PM
Snake meat tastes good.

Were you fighting one off when you typed that?

I'd give her some tube stake.

I do not believe nobody has posted this (new window) yet.

Pythons are the opposite of endangered. Thanks to douchebags who buy them as pets and drop them off in the Everglades, they're multiplying faster than we can kill them.

2011-11-01 09:56:28 PM
I hate PETA so much that I keep them in the news by reacting predictably to every predictable thing they say.

People Eating Tasty Animals is what I say! Take that PETA!

2011-11-01 09:58:11 PM
I'm confussed, so it's okay to have a python skin handbag, but not okay to have a fur coat? So we like minks but not pythons.....?

MagSeven: Smackledorfer: Wouldn't Jake the Snake be more upset? Hogan was more about feather boas.

Pythons = Arms.

conveniently, jake the snake has BOTH a snake AND arms.

Are you subby, defending that lameness?

Hogan often refers to his arms as "my 18-inch pythons".

Why does PETA get to slam her? I...I.....I don't think I can join that group. Farking catch 22.

If there's anything on the planet that could make me cruel to animals it would be peta.

2011-11-01 11:29:42 PM
so the bag MAY be real python. did anyone check?

2011-11-02 12:05:32 AM
If PETA likes exotic snakes so much let them go into the Everglades and 'rescue' all they can. I'm sure the native species being wiped out would thank them.

I've watched on and off my whole life, I didn't remember that being a catch phrase. I stand corrected.

Nope. Not subby. Apparently I should go into anthropology. I just found the one person on the planet who has never heard the Hogan-coined phrase of large arms being referred to as pythons.

I hadn't either.

my older sister was a Kerry Von Eric fan.

No, I probably didn't spell that correctly

Its a good thing nobody takes PETA seriously, otherwise, this might be newsworthy.

R.I.P, Python skin bags.

zinny: I guess no one from PETA has spent any time meandering through the Florida Everglades.

I was going to say that. They are a pest. Causing damage to the Everglades. The more we catch and turn into handbags and such. The better.

Reese Witherspoon's python chin?

You mean Reese Witherspoon?

No, with her knife.
