The man may have had underlying mental and medical issues, police said.

Oh really.

I think it would be easy to figure out. It's not like he walked to the river and threw it in. Just look about the house for the pool of blood and find the bloody object next to it.

I could so do this for a living.

Tony Stark made it look so easy.

It was probably an alien implant, not a pacemaker.

I got a pacemaker last year... I've been wanting to get a tattoo on it...

Thinking about the "Intel inside" logo

Any other suggestions?

You might ask a doctor if that's a good idea, not us basement dwelling fappers. It just sounds wrong. Cool, but wrong.

Great. Now we have to keep the remote control AND the knitting needles from grandpa.

Not a shocking story (puns come free). I've had clients who have removed their fingernails and toenails, broken their bones on purpose... and the one guy who decided his eyes needed removal.

I can't believe nobody has commented on this man's name yet - Channing Askew. Come on folks, that's a classic :)

My electro Doc is cool. He said he has seen a little lightning bolt tattooed over one. And he said one time this guy's ICD stopped a .38 bullet!

I don't know, I've used embedded Java before and I'd have to go with C or Assembly for something like a pacemaker. Java's not going to fit in 256 Bytes of Flash and 24 Bytes of RAM.

That's way to technical... I was thinking more like "No Jumpstart Needed" or a pic of Ace Freely from Kiss... "Shock Me!"

If I ever get a tattoo, it would be of the ANSI shock hazard warning.

I'd put it on my leg, but that's me.

People doing crazy things has become old hat. Now, I must say that I didn't think there could be so many pace maker jokes!

My cardiologist has a big display of them on his wall. Some old style ones look like they should be hand cranked.

I was surprised at the number of farkers mentioning their own pace makers.

I shouldn't have been, between the average physical state of farkers and the self selected sample group effect of this thread.

I don't have a pacemaker. I'd get the ANSI tattoo because I'm an Electrical Engineer.

I'm in great shape, I bike to work and teach spin classes.
