I hear that in this one, the IMF screws the Sarah Palin look-alike (President Bubbles) when the US Government comes begging for an IMF bail-out.

The plots aren't very imaginative, the acting is p-poor, but some scenes are filmed on location as the Government is desperate for money to pay the bills.
