Neither team punted at all. Since their wasn't any turnovers either then that means both teams either scored or failed to convert on 4th down. I assume most possessions ended in scores.

Every single person on those two teams coaching staffs should be barred from ever participating in a football game again. If you are unable or unwilling to coach defense then you have no business anywhere near the sport.
