How about no.

Why watch 3 idiots making unfunny comments about stupid movies that should never have been made in the first place?

For someone who calls themselves Happy Hours you sure don't seem like you'd be a fun person.

DoughyGuy: No Zombie Nightmare??? For shame!

I love that episode. So many classic riffs.

"Pride of the Zombies."

"Hank Peters, Italian Grocer."

"Ever since dad got murdered, things have been great!"

Also, Final Sacrifice should be in there, just because it's probably my all time favorite.

And where, pray tell, might I watch these classics? Are they all on Netflix now or am I gonna have to hunt 'em down?

Many episodes have been uploaded to Google Video and to YouTube. Unfortunately, licensing restrictions has prevented a number of episodes from being released in any commercial home video format.

"Touch of Satan" should of been on the list.

A few of them are streaming on Netflix--Ring of Terror, for sure. The only MST3Ks they've gotten recently are the Gamera movies. The rest of them you can find in parts or whole on YouTube. Just search MST3K and filter for longer than 20 min.

DRTFA, but I'm assuming "Killer shrews, killer shrews, k-i-double l-e-r shrews" is on there.

Such a filter will omit results for "split" episodes, which are typically uploaded in segments of ten minutes of fewer.

Just saying they have whole episodes is all. I assumed one would already know about the 10 part episodes.

i am not saying MST3K wasn't a great show. it was. but watching them now.... the jokes are so damn TAME. Even the rifftrax are just so damn tame.

come on, guys, open up and unleash the hate on these horrid films.

That's not really their style. There are other comedic sources for that kind of treatment.

i understand that, but MST3K was a kid's show. I can understand it being tame... the rifftrax, however, are not and it would be BETTER if they geared it more for adults. I don't mean they need to cuss up a storm or anything... but some more BITE in the funny would really improve the riffs. I have watched 5 or six of the rifftrax and honestly... they just aren't that funny any more.

/also, in the old shows - the skit parts just flat out suck. pretty much unwatchable.

I just can't bring myself to watch Hobgoblins again. One of those movies that was so bad even riffing couldn't save it.

The only one that really stuck out that wasn't on the list was Tormented -- the one where the singer's dead girlfriend haunts him and his new girlfriend. It was the usual Bert I Gordon stuff, not great, but slightly better than some of the other movies they did. Even got a bit dark and creepy by the end.

As for Rifftrax - their takes on Troll 2, Birdemic, and Twilight are hilarious. Cinematic Titanic is good too, but the Rifftrax guys seem to like mocking new bad movies a little more.

Funny thing is I never watched it when it came out and I was in high school. I only started watching it within the past year or so. There's a good amount of subtly subversive humor in there, especially during the Comedy Central years.

The Star Wars Holiday Special and Jurassic Park Rifftrax are great. Still haven't caught Cinematic Titanic. Any suggestions on the latter?

Last I checked, Amazon prime instant play had a lot more MST3K than Netflix. Someone can verify that for me if they'd like.

/Just mentioning that to all those looking for episodes.

I just watched that one. It's a goldmine for humor. The heroes are a pipsqueak nerdy kid and a fat alcoholic with a mullet, jean-jacket, and hilarious sounding name. The bad guy is basically a cartoon, there's another guy who talks like Yosemite Sam, and best of all: it comes from Canada.
