Or more likely just parks it in one of the many garages at one of his many homes in one of many cities around the world. I don't exactly see young Master Bieber needing to re-furb a vehicle because he's tired of it. This will eventually be sold by his estate trustee decades from now, like some of Michael Jackson's oddball stuff.
