I don't think Swift was aiming for this to become a big headline. Last time she unleashed her lawyers on someone (over unlicensed merchandise), the entire fight was kept under wraps until it was long over and she'd just gotten the right to seize and burn said merchandise. It's just that this time, her opponent decided to invoke 'Quick, everyone come on over here and see what the fuss is about'.

How is that picture falsely pornographic? I mean, it isn't hardcore or anything, but it's still a pretty good softcore porn pic.

Anyway, to me this whole thing is another instance of Streisand Effect. I never would've known about this had she not done this, and now I'm going to actively spread the photo around to all my friends who listen to that god-awful genre that you belch out of your dick-sucking hole.
