Try Clockwork BJJ, 14th st near 6th, you can get a free class to try out. Great group there, wide range of belts and sizes. http://clockworkbjj.com/

Don't know if you've done BJJ before, but if you haven't, nothing really prepares you for that kind of activity, maybe crossfit. You'll find out...

I am more or less confident in my conditioning since I can run 1.5 miles in under 10 mins
Yoga, HIIT, plyo, upper body plyo and strength training may come in handy
