Pink. Pink. It was supposed to be pink.

Actually fresh brains are a sort of yellow tan color. They get grey when stored in bottles and any pinkness would be due to a bit of blood not washed off after removal. But you can't fight popular legend and misconceptions, so they'd have to be pink in marshmallow form.
