GAME 7 SUCKED ASS!

2011-10-28 11:47:42 PM
LaRussa's reaction to the win was great. It was like he was waiting for the Rangers to win it, and suddenly realized that they weren't going to.

I'm glad that Berkman got his ring

This series was dildoes. Learn to pitch d-bags.

For some reason I never really got into baseball. Even stranger, some of my old favorite NES games were baseball games lol! I even had one of those FMV baseball games for the 3DO back in the 90s. I guess I just like most sports, like baseball and basketball, in video game form. The only sport I actually watch is boxing, which I also like in video game form of course.

How about that was one hell of a final day of the season, one hell of a postseason and one hell of a World Series.

"No. I get this shiat in my inbox. That's what Newsflash does, and I don't think guys playing with balls is particularly newsworthy.

And in response to your childish taunt:

"WAHHH! I MUST DEFEND SPORTS BECAUSE THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE INTERESTING OR INTELLIGENT ABOUT ME AND IT DEFINES ME AS A MAN! WAAAHHH!"

Oh, and for your information, my teenage boxing record was 18-3-1. I was undefeated on the fencing team in college. And I kicked ass at little league playing third base until I got in a fight and took a crowbar to the back, so fark you.

I could probably still kick your ass in Olympic-style fencing, which is a hell of lot more of a man's sport than a bunch of overpaid pussies playing with a basketball."

I am exhausted from watching it. It was the strangest, ugliest yet amazing series I have seen in my 45 years of watching baseball.

Game 7 still sucked ass.

decent headline. Game wasn't the best for a game 7 but certainly entertaining. Ranger's need to learn not to hit batters when it really matters.

good can we now stop talking about baseball for 11 months and 21 days to save me from going into a coma

That was a pretty amazing World Series - congrats to the Cardinals!

Can it be March now?

I was sitting around in the first week of September, knowing my favorite team was out of it, and being depressed that it was gonna be just a dull six or seven weeks until one league's juggernaut ran into the other league's juggernaut.

The thing about baseball is, it's almost as much fun to be wrong about it as it is to be right about it.

Well played, everybody. See ya in March.

I'm supremely so proud of you. And that's an understatement because there are really no words. It's like saying you love your kids. We all know and recognize that word, but it doesn't even begin to cover it.

It would have been impossible to beat last nights game.

And yeah, I LoL'd pretty good about that.

Not talking about the fact that the Royals won...just talking about the anticlimactic game itself for a game 7.

Sports is not news. It's boring.

Even as a Giants fan, I gotta say, the Cards TRULY earned this title. They deserve all the glory.

Considering what the Cards did just to get into the playoffs....

Wow. I had no horse in this race, but I'm damn happy with the result.

True. But it did give me a reason to post that... the last time the Royals made the playoffs.

Congrats Cards.

I can only wonder how everyone but the local media will continue to talk about the rangers.
