Iron Man 3 comes out in 2013. Avengers is scheduled for May 2012. Odds are they're filming parts of them together. Possibly Thor 2 as well. The contracts are already there, you might as well get some work done early if you're in the area.

So is the first one... at least the origin. But thats worked really well for the new Batman movies, picking and choosing a few pieces from 3 or 4 different books for different movies. I expect the Catwomany bits of TDKR to be all the parts of Year One they didnt use yet, but idk what theyre gonna do about Bane... Knightfall was... not good. Neither are in any of the other books theyve been using though.

prolly the best part was, their 'pilot' racks off a missile while two guys are toting a keg and some cinderblocks over to the firing range, and while they're laughing he's all 'what?' and just keeps going.

The movies draw from both the standard and ultimate universes. in turn the cartoon draws from both standard, ultimate and the movie verse. To say the movies are based on the ultimate 'verse is really not accurate.

For the movie version, I don't get why the Mandarin can't be a Nationalist Chinese industrialist (like Stark) who finds the ten rings on one of his sojourns into the mountains. Change his costume to a 3-piece suit, and no more offensive stereotype.

How is it Marvel can do multiple Avengers movies, using the same actors (when available/agreeable) who play the characters in their stand-alone movies, while DC Comics getting Superman, Batman and/or Wonder Woman into the same movie, never mind whole Justice League, probably won't happen, ever?

Actually, Hassellhoff did a very commentdable Nick Fury. I'd give him a solid C+.

But, the movie he was in did such like a supercharged Dyson, and it was David Hassellhoff, whose only
advantage in playing the role was that, by his own admission, it was his favorite comic book character.
It doesn't change his level of actual talent, but the enthusiasm was evident.

Wilmington is really nice. You should visit. The waves are farking brutal, though. Tougher than anything I've ever had in the Gulf down in Galveston, but it does explain all the surfers.
