What I can't figure out is why the men who flash women are seen as pathetic criminal deviants while the women who flash men are seen as sexy freaks offering a free show at best and sad women-of-walmart at worst.

I've known women who get off on wearing short skirts with no undies and flashing men, and these women never seem to worry about getting arrested as flashers. And, well, never heard of any of them getting busted, so I guess their confidence is justified.

It just seems odd to me. Same kink, but we treat it so differently.
