It is. Very cool and you get to meet all sorts of people. Some hicks that race trucks and others that race stock and I still dont know why that makes them hicks;.

Those people at the race in Fontana were not hicks. All of the hicks were at Rockingham NC to watch the Winston Cup race. They were just wannabe hicks in CA.

They are not all hicks in Rockingham. All the hicks are in rural SC where I grew up. Buddy Boy, talk about some hicks. After I grew up and left and would go back to visit, my stepdad would call me city girl. I married someone from Detroit and my family could not stand it. HICKS I SAY. I know one when I see one.

I, too, am trying to fill in the blanks. Anybody heard of Dante, WV. That's West Virginia! The blanks there are the stares coming from their cold dark eyes! Scary, Mining town, hill people. With stock/derby cars in most of their front yards.

no bosstweed im fine with ppl who make it a hobby or whatever but there is noo need to do it on the street where there are other ppl driving who have a right to feel safe on the road thats all im saying i like cars and everything too.

Fair enough, racing should be kept on the track.
