Ant: Tyrone Slothrop: I'll take Sadako over Samara any day. This is all we ever see of her face:I tried to like the original. I really tried, but it's just missing a lot of the creepiness of the US version.
Dr. Horrible: Also...do houses count as a character?[img12.imageshack.us image 549x280][img5.imageshack.us image 600x324][img412.imageshack.us image 446x255]
the money is in the banana stand: Seriously, almost all horror movies are NOT scary.1.) Jaws2.) Deliverance3.) Poltergeist4.) Arachnophobia5.) PiranhaThese movies are legitimately scary, but Jaws by far has to be the scariest movie ever made.

Lumbar Puncture: titwrench: Has anyone seen High Tension. It's a French horror/thriller that keeps you on your toes. The only bad part is once you know the ending the movie loses its edge you can't enjoy it the same way again.Yeah, I was frightened by how they took Dean Koontz book Intensity and gave it a worse ending.
rickycal78: T. Jason on the other hand, that shiat was scary. Dude never ran, just plodded on knowing he was gonna hack you to shiat with the machete
DragonDeadite: someonelse: Leslie: "You have no idea how much cardio I have to do. It's ridiculous."Taylor: "Why so much?"Leslie: "Well, you gotta be able to run like a freaking gazelle without getting winded. Plus, there's that whole thing of making it look like you're walking when everybody else is running their asses off! And I gotta stay with 'em! It's tough, man."Great movie!! Awesome twist! They're trying to do a sequel right now. They're selling "On Screen Deaths" to fund it. They've got a FB page if you're interested.
MagSeven: Dr. Horrible: MagSeven: What's that?Let's Scare Jessica to DeathI'm gonna check that one out. Been watching a lot of old and new horror flicks this year. Thanks!
Jake Havechek: yves0010: Sybarite: Does The Thing count as a character? The whole arm bit/spider head scene was one of the scariest things I'd ever seen.[images4.wikia.nocookie.net image 640x360]I dont think it counts as a character as in a tangable person / creature we can think about. The Thing has to many forms and could be anything it wanted to be. But yes, on my list, the Thing is near the top.Yeah, The Thing is pretty terrifying, especially if you can't tell who it is inhabiting. The scene where they are testing the blood made me jump the first time I saw it.
Beerguy: Trilogy Of Terror
someonelse: dittybopper: You know what scared me way more than it should have:[www.fantastique-arts.com image 554x400]Dark Night of the ScarecrowThat movie was scarier than it had any right to be.
The Martian Manhandler: Raug the Dwarf: Forgetting about one little gem here guys that had multiple scary moments in it...but this story freaked me the fark out as a kid....[2.bp.blogspot.com image 400x223]The kid scared me and the John Lithgow remake part scared the hell out of me too. This image from Twilight Zone kept me from sleeping for days when I was young[1.bp.blogspot.com image 400x223]:
Pandora's Litterbox: MagSeven: Dr. Horrible: MagSeven: What's that?Let's Scare Jessica to DeathI'm gonna check that one out. Been watching a lot of old and new horror flicks this year. Thanks! If you have access to the Turner Classic Movies, it is scheduled to air NEXT Friday (the 4th) (or, if you want to get technical about it, early Saturday [the 5th]) at 2:15 a.m.It's one damn eerie (and terminally unsung, IMO) flick.

The ending will kill any suspense for a repeat viewing. Fantastic movie though
