I did a sales call one time to client. He had a huge hole in the side of his concrete building. Apparently some guy ran a roadblock in his jeep then while peeling through the neighborhood lost control and went through the side of the building. He was high centered so he ran and left his preggo wife behind, as well. More common than you might imagine.
