Is it possible to have a negative-scoring game in the NFL?

If we lose this week, people are going to demand CJ's head.

Only the blank meeting in history between two teams who did blank in the last blanks.

This is what sports reporting has come to: reaching for some meaningless, over-qualified statistic to write a story about.

The Colts are 4-18 following Tuesday night journalism snark since 2002.

Only if a safety was worth negative points.

Which it should be.

New rule: any team that loses to the 2011 Colts gets to join T.O. in the arena league.

We already want it. If he thinks the fans were unsympathetic last Sunday, he's in for a loooooong season.

What gets me is his usual jubilance during the player intros. He's still whooping it up like it's 2009.

Do the Colts play the Dolphins this year? They could call it the Luck Bowl.

Nah just 1 play the offense refuses to move the ball, the defense refuses to tackle. A stalemate of two teams trying to lose!

"He breaks free! and he runs out of bounds again! Oh that is just bad luck, right infront of the first down marker.

That would cover the 1st half. The 2nd half would be the other team running the same play.

The good news is neither defense should be on the field as long as they were the previous game so no defensive player should be so tired.

Odd how his best performance was against Pittsburgh in most formats I've seen.

/Unloaded him for Sproeles and Gronkowski last week.

Dolphins sacks going into that game: 8

I hope Suh crushes him, taunts him, hits him again for a penalty, then taunts him again.

My girlfriend's brother-in-law actually but he's CONVINCED CJ's going to run roughshod the rest of the way. I figure he has good games against the Colts, Carolina and maybe Atlanta but otherwise, not so much. He's got quite a wrecking ball with Stafford, Calvin Johnson, Andre Johnson, Foster and CJ. He got Stafford and Andre for a song and a dance. In related news we've been going in the top three of this league since we've been in it.

If they both go winless, they should have to play each other as a tie breaker. Meaning the #1 draft pick goes to the winner.

THIS.

Watched the Titans/Texans game at a sports bar here in Houston wearing my Finnegan jersey. Gee, that was fun.

CJ would get better stats if we didn't give up so many damn points and be forced to throw the ball from early on. The past two games we 'played' were nothing short of embarrassing.

I can beat that. I got Hasselbeck of the waiver wire, and traded him and A.J. Green to someone for Fred Jackson

I can't help but laugh hysterically at the Colts misery. This is their penance for being placed in the wrong division for so long.

/move them to the North, Miami to the South, Baltimore to the East
//oh, BAL-PIT is a big rivalry. OK... just swap Peyton-less with Miami

The east coast retirees who move to Florida wouldn't appreciate this one bit. Although the NFL did have a conundrum with both the NFC and AFC South- lack of tradition on either side. When the longest a team has been in town is 1960 and the rivalries aren't as psychotic as the AFC West it won't produce much worth getting excited about.

how about dropping divisions altogether so we dont have to see awful teams from crappy division limp into the wildcard over a good team in a tough division.

division ...

/its for 3rd grade math
//not the nfl
