The company also is bringing back plus-sized clothing to its stores after moves to take that and other products out alienated its target shoppers.

That says it all.
BRB...gotta run to Walmart for some Diet Coke.

I don't know much about fashion, but I don't think 'walmart' is even in the conversation when it comes up.

Not in New York City, that's for damn sure. Unless hot pants and tube tops have suddenly become hipster fare.

As a person who has bought and worn Walmart pants once, they were uncomfortable and not flattering. And I'm a skinny guy.

It makes sense to be near the people who might actually consider purchasing Forever Lazy.

I stopped by there last week to see if I could pickup some cheap tech shirts - all they had were shiatty Starter gear with faux flat stitches. So it was over to Target who at least carries the slightly better Champion brand..

None of there clothing is good unless you like Wranglers and other shiat nasty clothing brands.

Make sense - everyone goes to Arkansas anyways to pitch to them - why not make sure everything is centralized.

/Target does the same thing in Minneapolis

So NYC posers can't figure out what styles sell in fly over country?

Color me surprised!

That headline is misleading! I thought they were moving all the Wal-Marts to Arkansas. Damn you, Subby!

I wonder how much NY gave them for the building of the warehouse. We've had companies before that would not only get tax exemptions but the taxpayer would pay for water lines, roads, and more for a new company; a company that would bail out within two to three years.

Those folks will be amazed at how far their money goes in Arkansas, compared to New York. They'll think they won the lottery.
