Well, your top 3 issues all sort of run together. The concept of "upholding the constitution" is all well and good, in theory. In practice, these guys are people who aren't quite ready to join the sovereign citizen movement. When someone stands up and loudly takes an oath declaring that they won't do something that they aren't being asked to even do, it usually means that they are obfuscating their real issues. Especially when they start trying to do the citizen's arrest thing.
