Imma calling bullshiat on this assertion. Acorn wasn't undermined in a single day. It took *years* of efforts like this one before the conservatives were able to put a face on it that suited their agenda. Is it troubling to anyone else that the protests in San Francisco, or New York, or Chicago look like the protests in Libya? We went to kill brown people for 10 years because "they hate our freedom" and meanwhile Americans who are peacefully protesting are being hit with tear gas and batons. WTF is going on around here? Why is this seen as acceptable to anyone?

Garble: Conservatives have been losing the argument since we moved out of caves despite their claims that huts and houses were a dangerous fad. But no matter how many times they're proven wrong, they still get to have their ideas presented as relevant. It's their own form of affirmative action.

This reminds me of when they started complaining that most college professors were liberal and that public universities and colleges should be required to preferentially select conservative academics so that they would have better representation.

A form of action that would affirm conservatives in employment, as it were.
