FTFA: Robinson, who was on parole, then tried to rack up a charge by messing with his ankle monitor. But after checking out a few things, the officer discovered that Robinson wasn't on parole anymore and sent him on his way.

If Robinson was no longer on parole, why was he still wearing an ankle monitor?
