didn't joe scarborough plead ignorance to the context surrounding one of his female aides being found dead of a head wound in his congressional office?

/too many herman cain threads

Yes, direct your anger at Scarborough for calling those two twits out. You certainly wouldn't want it directed at those two people who helped make a mockery of their respective elections, and campaign for self promotion and profit.

Why are these people spending time on Herman Cain? He has no campaign field team, he has no state-level organization, unless he can get people to get him on the ballot in the primary states, he's just another moron making money off the GOP base.

He spent the last three years defending poor Sarah Palin and criticizing her treatment in the "liberal" media. But the second it looks like someone as retarded as her is going to run away with his party's nomination, he can't throw shiat at them fast enough.

I should know better than to read the comments following something like that...

Hay, Joe, you moron. Presidents, and Presidential candidates, don't "study" foreign policy, they propose and/or make it!

The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States. The US Constitution

Unless you're a fetus. The US Supreme Court

Or Anwar al-Awlaki.

----------------------------
You think that you need to tell Cain"to read Foreign Affairs and the New York Times" so he could answer basic questions on foreign policy?

Gee, if he had done that, do you think that he could have predicted that a "free" Libya would end up installing radical Islamic law? Now who could have seen dat comin', yo?

You oh-so-smart liberal mudder frackers who read the New York Times seem to miss what is intuitively obvious to the most casual observer! The dumbest conservative I know could have predicted that ANY unstable muslim country is going to be picked off by the radical Islamists. What was so subtle about that. (OK, so John McCain and Lindsay Graham missed it, but they are NOT conservatives. RINO's are dumber than liberals because they don't even know that they are liberals.)

I'm beginning to think that Bambi and his inner circle of radical revolutionaries are the ONLY people on the left who know what the hell is going on. They knew damned well that Egypt and Libya, and all the others that they can push over the edge will end up with radical revolutionary rule. Want to put any money on how long Iraq will last after the end of the year pull-out? Yeah, Bambi knows exactly what he is doing.

Now who is dumber on foreign policy; you morons who believe that genius Obama, or Herman Cain, who knows damned well Bambi is a liar?

Sarah Palin had a powerful following within the party and Scarbough still want to make a buck from them. Herman Cain is a motivational speaker that is the reason for the Electoral College.

MSNBC's Joe Scarborough continued his almost relentless attacks on Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain Monday this time also throwing an unnecessary barb at former Alaska governor Sarah Palin.

Because they're fools. Want "teh librul media" to lay off the GOP candidates, try putting up a few non-clowns.

It's interesting to hear that Cain just hired Steve Grubbs. On the 4th of July Grubbs drove his van through an intersection in Davenport and killed a guy. Grubbs is a hack of the 1st order. I think hiring him is the kiss of death to the Cain campaign.

Regular viewers know that Scarborough believes the only serious GOP candidate is Mitt Romney, and that everyone else currently in the field is a joke that Republican primary voters will not support.

The first part is dead-on, the only serious GOP candidate is indeed Romney. None of the rest have a serious shot at the nationwide election vs Obama. I refuse to believe that anyone but the most die-hard Palin supporter is dim enough not to see this.

The second part, the writing surely got messed up, the point seems to be that *only* republican primary voters would support some of these pseudo-candidates. Looks like the writer was too busy working up a head of righteous indignation to make the words line up all proper-like.

2011-10-24 06:00:51 PM

I dunno, making money off morons is a time honored tradition.

It takes some smarts to pull off effectively.

Accept it, republicans: your candidate is Romney. Yes, I know he's a liberal republican, but you're just going to have to deal with a liberal republican as your candidate. The country could do worse than a liberal republican in the White House and I think you may ultimately come to accept the fact that a liberal republican is indeed what's best for the country. Yup, one thing's for sure, win, lose or draw the next president is going to be some kind of liberal--a card-carrying, white-sock-and-sandal-wearing, leather patches on his jacket, dope-smoking long-haired hippie freak commie pinko atheist LIBERAL.

Deal with it.

A liberal President? I didn't realize Kucinich was running, much less a primary threat against President Obama.

I'm not happy with President Obama, but he's better than anything from the right.

Pedestrian fights for life after crash in Davenport

According to police, a Hyundai van driven by Steve Grubbs, 46, of Davenport, entered the intersection traveling east and struck a northbound Dodge Caliber driven by Jenny Eis, 32, of Davenport.

/ Grubbs also has a long record of driving without insurance, registration, speeding, etc. But, as the former head of the Iowa GOP he hasn't been hit with anything more than $100 fine (and that was for killing a guy this year in Davenport).

Wow, pot meet kettle. Next scarborough will be attacking glenn beck for raping and murdering that girl back in 1990.

Sad thing is, he's absolutely right, and every commentator on that pitiful site proves his point.

I thought willful ignorance and/or a lack of intellectual curiosity was THE most attractive modern Republican trait? Facts, logic, knowledge, and reason are for the elites who we hate (unless they are the corporate elite, then we must do everything in our power to grant them more money and power). No, you don't need knowledge. Just go with your gut. Now THAT is the sign of a good person/leader. And things your gut tells you are bad (based on no facts) just call them socialist, or fascist, or communist (because those are all now the same things, apparently), and dismiss them outright.

Oh, I know neither Obama nor Romney are liberals. I just like yanking the republican chain. Frankly, since ideological purity is so important to them, I suggest they stay away from the polls in droves come 2012. Yup, otherwise they might find themselves voting for a LIBERAL.

He was not born into a royal family Wrong from the very first line.
Cain needs to reread the Gospels both Matthew and Luke have family trees that stretch back to David.

I think it's pretty tough for anyone paying attention to say "I'm not happy with President Obama." There are things I'm unhappy with for sure. But compared to where we were 3 years ago versus now, hell yeah I'm happy.

I'm generic GOP candidate, running for POTUS in 2008. I'm not just promising, I can 100% guarantee in my term I will lower taxes, kill Osama bin Laden and Anwar al Awlaki, while drone attacking Libya/Gadhafi leading to his death. I will strengthen gun rights, turn the economy around, boosting corporate profits to record levels and enact RomneyCare nationally. I'm going to pull the military out of Iraq by the end of 2011. I will cut the size of government by cutting government agency spending. I will increase border security and deport a record number of illegal immigrants.

Tell me that candidate doesn't win the GOP primary, hands down.

Usually, black kids grow out of the "being smart is only for white people" phase by the time they reach 18 and realize that being smart is what keeps you out of prison.

Wonder how Cain managed to miss that boat. And how all these white Republicans fell for it.
