He was clearly just trying readjust Lang's cup. Nothing to see here, move along.

Lang's twitter response was pretty funny. Said something like "my genitalia are proud to report there's been no damage."

Can someone explain why you have to watch a 30 second commercial (with no ability to turn it down in the player) for a 15 second video?

So he poked at some looming Ba$tard's cup as the moron walked into it?

And it's a penalty and a fine?

I'll just watch thumbwrestling for a couple of years.

How about you stop kicking guys in the balls Brian and stop that shiatty running back a few times in 4th god damn quarter? Hmmmm? Sound like fun?!

The two previous Packers drives totaled 19 yards and two punts. I think it was the right call, especially because the run defense in particular had been lights-out. I can't believe he's being second-guessed for not going for it on 4th and 10 in your opponent's territory, down six, when you have 3 timeouts and the two minute warning.

What I'd really like to know is how Starks was suddenly able to gain 8+ yards/carry at will.

Because that's the way it is today. All advertising, all the time.

Maybe I'm biased this time (Packer fan), but I think he should have been ejected. If a punch can get you thrown out, a blatant intentional shot to a very sensitive area should as well. It was an attempt to injure after play had been halted.

I think punting was the right call. It was the 3 plays prior to the punt that I had issue with.

How did the packers suddenly figure out how to run? Holding. Lots of it going around there at the end of the game.

//not bitter. was amazed to see the vikings actually compete this game.

The worst part about the kick (for everyone but Lang) was that it was 15 yards added to the kickoff. What good does that do? So it's an even bigger touchback? There was basically no in-game punishment.

Want to commit a flagrant unnecessary roughness? Wait until the other team scores.

I agree, but I'm also biased. (Packers fan.)
I thought it was great to see the juxtaposition between that cheap shot and then three plays later Woodson intercepts the ball and politely bows to the crowd.

Usually the cameras miss great nut shots like that, so it's nice to see them finally capture a great moment in Vikings/Packers history.

The last 2 drives ended due to Aaron and his receivers not being on the same page. His guys were open, the ball wasn;t quite where it needed to be.

Our Secondary was crushed all day and get's ZERO credit for what happened on those last 2 drives.

Oh and you can run because Kevin WIlliams seems to have lost his smile down there or something. You ran right at him and like all of this year he has been underpreforming.

Damnit.

If there's a 15-yard penalty assessed on the kickoff, teams should really consider an on-side kick. Almost to the point of it being an automatic call absent special circumstances (such as being up by 3 or less late where the opponents could conceivably fair catch it for a chance at the fair catch free kick). Since you're now kicking off from the 50, you're only giving up maybe 20 yards if you don't get it. The opportunity to maintain possession of the ball is worth 20 yards of field position.

When watching the game last night it appeared that Lang knocked Robison down intentionally after the whistle was blown. That may have been how I viewed while being alcohollically challenged but it sure looked like it. Besides Im a Vikings fan!

Did the Packer fans calling for Robison's ejection also call for Charles Woodson's ejection in Week 1 when he punched an opposing player in the groin after a play?

I think that his foot is probably still bothering him. It also cut into his strength and conditioning during training camp... I'm thinking he's going to get pushed around a lot this year.

Yes we did. That has no place in football.

I just saw it on the MNF pregame show. Lang did knock him down (possibly after the whistle; it's unclear) but that's because Robison jumped on Lang. Robison was literally on top of Lang as he was blocking. What do you expect will happen in that situation? You bet your ass you're getting dumped on it.

Subby, here. Sorry about that. I honestly did not realize those were on that page (as someone else pointed out - Firefox + Adblock makes your web browsing experience much more pleasant.

However, I realize that not everyone can do that (work restrictions etc) so I'll just say mea culpa.
