Whip a little McDonald's on them, throw in some reality television, etc. That's how you take revenge on those savages.

Do those tribes pay enough taxes? They have a ton of land... they don't let anyone come into their area. They are part of the 1% !!!

Maybe it's just I'm a modern guy and all, but why do we want to keep them in the dark again? Why not go say hi and be like "hey look at all this neat stuff we have now a days"? Just seems a bit selfish to not introduce people to modern times and let them live in their mud houses in the name of "losing their way of life".

We've tried that a couple times. It doesn't end well. Generally the common modern decision is "leave them alone. If they want to join us, they'll let us know."

Generally arrows mean no.

Here's the plan. We drop a an empty coke bottle on their heads and see how they react to it. If one of them goes on a hilarious, madcap journey to dispose of it, then we leave them alone.

I find it hard to believe that they have never seen modern people floating down the river before now. Maybe they haven't made contact, but I'm sure this isn't the first boat full of tourists to go by. It's probably a regular part of the tour. I might even suggest it was staged.

Or, as americans call it, Progress.

you really can't think of a single effing reason why?

Yeah, cause we know what's better. Usually that means "we immediately try to find a way to kick them off their land. If "we're" lucky, they'll just die of pneumonia or flu quickly.

But do they know about the existence of the iPad? If they don't, then how can they possibly make an informed decision? Don't they realise that Apple changed the world? Surely it's our duty as civilised men to spread the word of Jobs.
