I think this is a good idea. Volleyball has its own skill set from basketball, swimming and other women's sports. Men's volleyball is pretty boring anyway and has become an individualist sport. For men, the power of the spikes at the collegiate level has long overtaken the ability to counter and dig against them--whereas women's volleyball actually emphasizes much more teamwork, without the overpowering spikes of the men's version.

Authorities might as well just go ahead and make "must be castrated" part of the job description for any heterosexual male who wants to be hired as coach.

Of course, it's been previously determined in other threads that female coach on female student action is barely worth worrying about, unless there's compelling photographic evidence of same.
