Good morning citizens of farkistan!

Question: how the hell did wolves and Swansea get an ESPN game.

2011-10-22 07:49:36 AM
The thing about Arsenal is that they always try to walk it in.

FARK YOU!! That comment is so last year. This year we stand around and watch RVP..

Passed on tickets to Arsenal/Stoke as I'm already going to Chicago vs Tampa.

Go Gunners

If Pool don't get the three points from Norwich today, I'll shiat a brick.

Hahahahaha, so very true.

And Chupacabra Sandwich, I have a feeling that it was an inexpensive game for ESPN to pick up and was happening at a time when they didn't have any other programming on.

ESPN gets the first game on Saturdays, Wolves/Swans just happened to be the lunch fixture today.

Of all the promoted teams, Norwich City to me is the most surprising and surprisingly solid. I thought that would be QPR with some of the talent they bought, but NCFC has looked really, really dangerous.

Whatever the situation may be, it has been fairly entertaining so far.

I agree, but still, they are a team that's going to be hovering around the bottom half of the table this year, and if Liverpool can't close the deal against them, they can go ahead and write off their hopes of making CL football next season.

FARK YEAH, DANNY GRAHAM!

Swansea 1-0 wolves

All that passing finally pays off. Wolves defense leaves something to be desired.

That or we pass it out to Theo and he drags the ball with his right foot into the defender who then brushes him off the ball :D

/Come on Arsenal!

What exactly does it mean to be this year's Liverpool?

2011-10-22 08:18:12 AM
Ooohh, super close to a pen there. Good decision ref.

2011-10-22 08:19:36 AM
Is this ref new to the Prem? He's done a nice job so far.

To be a big club, yet suck so massively people are just looking at you as being a former shell of yourselves.

i.e., Liverpool go from almost winning the league in 2009 to being absolute shiat and languishing in the relegation zone in 2010.

2011-10-22 08:21:29 AM
2-0 to the Swans! They are looking a tough out his year. Still have them going back down, but they are looking fresh here.

2011-10-22 08:34:01 AM
ESPN should rename their coverage to Saturday Breakdast with Ian Darke.

I thought along those lines, except how they make a roaring comeback to almost make the top 4

Hey, it's still early, and you don't have Vermaelen back yet. Who knows what could happen?

2011-10-22 08:45:01 AM
Remember Gazza's goal against Scotland in Euro 96? Well, someone born on that day is about to make his debut for Derby County. Link (new window)

In related news, you are getting really old.

2011-10-22 08:46:05 AM
I do feel slightly guilty that I'm only just out of bed and you guys are all waiting...

2011-10-22 08:56:11 AM
Wolves fans: disenchanted with life.

Haha

2011-10-22 09:05:26 AM
Alreet,

Who put Newcastle into the headline? We're supposed to be keeping quiet about it in hopes no one will notice until it is too late.

2011-10-22 09:14:58 AM
Swans are damn near running Wolves off the pitch. Mick may have just entered the sack race.

Wolves supporters may run Mick off the pitch.

2011-10-22 09:25:27 AM
That should have been game over right there. Good build and nothing to show for it. Swans have clearly been the better side today.

2011-10-22 09:27:43 AM
Well there you go. Wolves get one back. Nervous 90 time now.

2011-10-22 09:29:08 AM
Should be a fun finish.

2011-10-22 09:29:26 AM
Wow. Did not see that coming.

2011-10-22 09:29:42 AM
Holy shiat, they did it.

WOLVES 2 - 2 SWANS

Never leave early, folks.

2011-10-22 09:29:54 AM
Holy shiat! Swans have crumbled.

2011-10-22 09:29:56 AM
An illustration there of why Swansea will probably not be staying up.

2011-10-22 09:32:06 AM
Chup, have you met Cog? A second Fulham fan.

2011-10-22 09:35:40 AM
I will laugh my ass off if there is a winner late.

I've never met any of you.

Good to have another fulham fan around. Patterson also swings by occasionally.

Swans should have won that. Bad luck for them, but an exciting last 15 mins.

Are they really ending relegation?

No, not a chance. They may change it somehow, I don't know how, but they'll never get rid of it.

S'not happening.

Somehow Ryan Taylor is going to score an own goal in this game. 4 goals against NUFC while he was on Wigan.

so when do you think people are going to realize that Tim Krul is the best goalie in the premier league?

He is pretty good. Not played that many games yet though. Poor old Steve Harper.

Villa down to ten at the park, but Brunt misses a pen. Still holding on to a 1-0 lead.

I was hoping you could come up with something that would make me feel better about this season moving forward, but I guess you can only work with what Wenger has given us....

/Go you Gunners
