This kind of 'pass-time,' seems to be getting more and more popular every year. I do not find these kinds of 'pranks' funny, not in the slightest. These kids should be charged with attempted murder.

No problem, you little sociopaths. Start small and work your way up to your weakest friend, the one you call "Piggy".

Agreed. Throwing snowballs at cars was something essentially harmless we did as kids. Throwing pumpkins could kill someone easily.

As punishment these kids should stand under a bridge and have pumpkins dropped on them.

When I was a kid, some kids thought it would be a rand prank to toss a mannequin off an overpass onto a car.
Well, the first try, mind you, they missed.
It landed in front of the car and the driver ran it over, with no time to stop.
The driver thought it was a suicide and had a heart attack and died, driving into the wall of the tunnel and killing his passenger, his wife.
So, yeah, there might be some circumstances where the LEOs would have a legitimate beef with the kids for this.
Me? I'd just shoot them.
With a super soaker full of skunk juice.
Then make them eat peanuts.
Peanuts kill kids. I read it in a flyer sent home with one.

Where's the Farker who did something similar as a kid and wound up being chased through the woods by a pissed-off driver with a gun? This thread is perfect for a reposting of that.

It was the third of June, another silly, smoggy Brooklyn day
I was upstairs choppin' cocaine, my brother was smokin' a J
I hollered down to my mama, "Can you tell me what's for dinner, please?"
She said, "I thought I'd call the Peking Palace, get some take-out Chinese."
And then she said, "I heard some news this morning when I was in Bay Ridge.
It seems that Billy Joel jumped off the Verrazano Bridge."

This reminds me of the time i had a pickup full of pumpkins on Halloween night. I met my step brother and gave him a car full and while our friends drove up and down a one mile stretch of road we threw the pumpkins out of the windows. The street was littered with busted pumpkins when we were finished.

The next afternoon my mother came home from work and the first thing she asked us is " What do you boys know about all those pumpkins busted on Duck Creek road?". All we could do is laugh and she said she knew it had to be us that did it.

/good times

$11k damage to the mini-van, and a *lot* of people around here have volunteered to take these kids out of the gene pool. The speed limit on the interstate is 70 mph. The pumpkin passed through the windshield/roof and smacked the driver on the head.

reminds me of the time the kids were hanging pumpkins off the bridge with a rope tied to them at night-- an 18 wheeler hit one, the pumpkin went into the trucks windshield and the rope pulled the kid's arm off. They charged the driver with armed robbery.. YEEEEEOOOOOOWWWW!!!

Tbh when I was 16/17 I never threw random junk off an overpass at oncoming cars because I knew the danger; I must not have been part of the cool crew. Just throw them in jail, it'll keep the roads safer
