Well at least we now have one more qualified official for the Obama financial advisory team.

DC is without a doubt the most corrupt and incompetent local government in the land.

Perhaps this was the shaithead responsible for a scare I had around 2007/2008. I received an $8500 bill from DC for unpaid state income tax... they claimed I hadn't paid $2500 in income tax one particular year.... 7 years earlier! And they were just now sending me a notice?! Fortunately I found the frickin check from 7 years earlier and sent them a copy of the cashed check. No apology or real explanation after that I just was informed that the funds were found and verified. I'm sure it goes without saying but DC government and services suck.

For those of you that live in DC (and actually contribute/pay taxes) watch your back and keep your records.

/uncool story bro
