1) If we decrease the regulatory burden on business, they would have more money to pay on wages.
2) If we allow corporations to repatriate their overseas profits without the fear that they'd be taxed unfairly on them, they'd have money to invest in expansion.
3) If we deduct the money we spend on liberal boondoggles like NPR and foreign aid from the Federal budget, we could rebuild all the infrastructure in America and provide hundreds of thousands of well-paying construction jobs.
4) If we raise a double electric wall along the Mexican border and got serious about immigration enforcement, there would be uncountable new jobs for Americans that have been stolen from them by illegals with anchor babies.
5) If we allow oil companies, coal companies, and gas companies to drill where they wanted, when they wanted, and stopped being terrified of a few oil spills here and there, we'd have more energy jobs than we have Americans.
6) If we provide job creators with a reprieve from their historically high tax rates, they would have more money to invest in well-paying jobs.
7) If we eliminate colleges and universities that do little more than push the Ivory Elite Liberal Agenda, we would no longer have students graduating with crushing debt and they could immediately enter the job market as Free Market Consumers able to use all their income as market reinvestment.

WIC, food stamps, state healthcare for kids, low-income housing.

At least that's how I did it when I made $10/hr working as a temp for Symantec(that's 20K/year). The state wouldn't let me drop the state plan when I was hired full time for 21K/year, and Symantec's benefits were awesome and inexpensive (well the dental sucked, but medical and vision was great).

I make almost three times that amount now at a different employer, but have much shiattier benefits I pay more for (ok, the dental is great, the medical and vision suck).
