I do not mind the suspended sentence for this act, the woman needs help and to never be allowed near children again rather than prison time, but breaching and ignoring her assessment (assuming this is a progress hearing or something) on a similar sentence? This is a travesty which shows absurd gender bias in this case.

Forget a man abusing one girl, if a man had a harem of four underage girls he was sexually assaulting we'd be reading about how he got one of those 125 year jail sentences. OK, for the last time, they've done studies on this. There's a discrepancy in the sentencing for a reason - when men have sex with underage girls there's usually some kind of threat involved, a string of girls over a period of time. When women have sex with underage boys, it is usually just an expression of some deeper emotional problem, either a one time fling with a boy or totally falling in love with a boy. While it doesn't excuse the woman's behavior, to cast it in the same light as a male sexual abuser is dishonest.

I don't think that there is a double standard here. I think there is recognition of the difference in the consequences for the children. In this case, I don't think those boys will be terribly traumatized or suffer any consequences by having sex with a 20 year old girl. However, if it were girls and a 20 year old boy, the consequences could have been much more severe, i.e., pregnancy. That's why I think it is worse and different if the minors are girls than if they are boys. It's not like the boys will be bragging crying about it for years in therapy.

AFAIK that's already the way it works. You're just as locked up, and you don't get out until the doctors say you're better, however long that might be.
