Good bye clothes, FINALLY the freedom I was looking for.

Strange? More like Obvious. I'm with Tim Allen on this one; "Don't stand too close to a naked man". (And you sure don't wrestle them).

Oh, you'll get charged. It will be electrons instead of indecent exposure.

Sounds to me like you might catch 50,000 volts. Twice.

I always thought stun guns and tasers were two distinctly separate things. Are the words interchangeable in the media now, or was I just wrong before?

It is a sacrifice for clothes I don't have to wear.

probably the "ak47" effect

as far as my knowledge goes, a stun gun is a handheld device with an arcing electric charge you can touch to someone to subdue them, and a taser has 2 wired probes that you can shoot at someone and barbs on the ends of those probes connect them to the person's skin, and an electric charge pulses thru the wires to subdue the person. therefore, very similar yet distinctly different devices

Officers apparently approached the man and unclear circumstances led one of them to fire a stun gun at him. The naked man reportedly fell to the ground and rolled around, causing one of the electrical leads to fall out.
Police said he became combative and a second Taser cartridge was deployed, striking the naked man. As officers struggled to subdue the man, a state trooper was allegedly struck in the face, getting him a bloody nose for his efforts.

He apparently wasn't combative before they tased him the first time, and he clearly wasn't carrying a weapon. Sounds like excessive force, and he was justified in fighting back. Plus, the officers appear to be hiding something in the report, likely exculpatory. Not guilty.

KingVJ: They are two distinct things.

Both of which do the exact same thing, dispense a high voltage discharge into the victim.

And, due to the inevitable spasms, cause a discharge to come from the victim.

Yeah, just like the media calls any gun an "assault rifle". But your argument is correct, a handgun and an AK-47 do the same thing.

Hey subby, taser is not a verb.
