So the regular parking spots were already reserved/purchased, and the handicap spots were full. Not quite seeing where the 'jerks' come into play.

Parking at the dome has always felt like a mugging. We stopped going to the KLRN wine tasting when they decided not to have free parking. City pirates.

1. The NCAA does not manage stadium parking.
2. There were free handicap spots available but these folks got there too late.
3. Just drop the guy off at the door and pick him up there after.
4. subby is an idiot.

I don't care about parking, because the Alamodome can sell beer during games.

Explain please, what the problem is. Spots are full. Other people had paid for them. Was the attendant supposed to give her a spot then screw the prepaid customer when they got to their spot?

To the family in the story, they were just told that they needed to buy a pass in advance. They weren't told that there was ADA handicap parking available for free or that it was full.
Headline is bad but there's still some education to go around ehre.

Would love the full transcript of the interview with stadium guy. As is, that sounds like a lot of mealy-mouthed ass-covering on his part.

UTSA will learn, the hard way, that disabled access means "disabled access". If they are sued they will lose. UTSA gets federal funds...they have to comply with federal law.

If UTSA is smart....they work on a settlement, now

First of all UTSA does not run the stadium operations on gameday as the Alamodome is not their facility so no one will be suing them over this. Secondly, there was "disabled access" in the reserved section and "disabled access" in the public section. The people in TFA did not purchase a reserved pass and were too late to nab any of the public spots. Too bad for them.
