The smoker looks about right.

I'm doubtful of the others, because I've known a lot of daily drinkers who look more like the last, "healthy" picture, and these days, half the people I know have a much worse sugar problem than "too much white bread and pasta", yet that just doesn't look like a real face.

Of course, the explanation emphasizes that these things can happen "if" you have this or that on top of it, but still, I've never seen a woman who looks quite like that.

Sounds like me. I was shaving every other day and was 5'8" when I was 13. I am still shaving every other day, and I am still 5'8".

I wouldn't say that if it didn't look like so many heavy smoking women I've known once they get to that point in their lives, though I see now that this is supposed to be from a fairly moderate habit. Either way, they did a fairly honest job with that "dry leather" look.

The others just don't look like people look.

The smoker one is almost believable, I have seen smoking women in their 50s who look like that. Not sure about the 20 a day though, it might take more than that. My mom probably smokes only a few, 5-10 a day I'd guess, and looks way better than that at almost 60.

The liquor one is BS and I like how she's perfectly tanned in the healthy one.

Whatever, life without wine isn't worth living.

If my my boyfriend thinks I'm ugly when we're 50 because of my excessive wine drinking, he can drink wine until I'm hot again. It provides its own solutions.

In fact, having solved this problem, I think I'll celebrate with a glass of wine.
