Why do we continually allow brown people in this country?

So which is more likely that a bunch of French-Moroccan Muslims seriously considered bombing some courthouse in San Antonio Texas or some mall in the middle of nowhere, or that some tourists from Europe decided to do some criminal breaking and entering for entirely non-terroristy reasons? San Antonio and its courthouse might be important if you live in that area but most French-Moroccan Muslim terrorist probably have never heard of it and would prefer a more high profile target.

I have been know to have taken pictures of "infrastructure including photos of shopping malls, water systems, courthouses and other public buildings" or comparable things while visiting foreign countries. I have also done some questionable things while being young and traveling ( mostly while drunk, but alcohol probably wasn't much of a factor here).

So far all they seem to have on these guys are some regularly breaking and entering, some standard tourist stuff and being Muslims. Unless they got more that they are holding back I don't thing this is enough.

Officials say three of the men crawled through a window to get into the 120 year old Courthouse, which is a landmark in downtown San Antonio, and theother two were found in a van parked in front of the building.

The news was saying this morning that two of them are on an international watch list of some sort. No idea what list or why, but there's that.

If "terrorists" really wanted to cause mass hysteria and bedlam, they'd hit the occupy rallies.

Courthouses and water systems are not particularly good theft targets. There's no reason I can think of why someone would photograph both without planning some terrorist action. Given, it's not enough to convict them, but if they're foreign nationals we can sure as heck revoke their visas, flag them as potential terrorists, and kick them out.
