I'm thinking of buying a PS3 for Uncharted and inFamous alone. Never played either game, but the hype is contagious.

Both awesome series of games.

inFamous sucks you in without you knowing it. There is always that one more thing, that one more shard, that one more dead drop, that one more mission... a whole day will go by and you won't even realize it. There will be times where you will say "okay, done for now..." then four hours later you have to force yourself to stop.

Uncharted is pretty much more of the same addiction except you have this truly grand scale Indy Jones adventure. You ARE Dr Jones for all intents and purposes. It's farking awesome to play and have that feeling.

I downloaded one of the PS3 demos - the one where you're stuck in a jungle with a pistol and a few bullets? Lost interest in 10 min. after it became a pain in the ass to find the trail, hugging polygonal "walls" and banging on jump until I found the route. No, thanks.
