Kudos to the guy for:

a) shutting up for the most part
b) keeping the camera still
c) cupping the lens w/ his hands so we could still see out the window

/well done

They're obviously not praying hard enough for rain.

2011-10-18 10:36:47 PM
At least they didn't call it a Haboob and remind Texan baby Jesus worshipers about their moronic religious wars.

There's something in the dirt!

This is just a repeat of what happened on the football field a couple of weeks ago.

Clearly this is a message from God that Texans should stop being such dicks. Oh and also that Rick Perry is the antichrist.

Brody: However, an Egyptian pharaoh...
Indiana: Shishak.
Brody: ...yes, invaded the city of Jerusalem round about 980 B.C., and he may have take the Ark back to the city of Tanis and hidden it in a secret chamber called The Well of Souls.
Major Eaton: [skeptically] Secret chamber?
Brody: However, about a year after the pharaoh had returned to Egypt, the city of Tanis was consumed by the desert in a sand storm which lasted a whole year. Wiped clean by the wrath of God.
Major Eaton: [turns slowly toward Col. Musgrove] Uh... huh.

This is not a repeat of 1935

Just one more similarity I guess.

Oh. My. Goodness. How busy will the car washes be the next day?

/Isn't having a clean car during a drought important?

Meh, I've been in/seen worse; it sucks to be out there for the duration but not impossible if you must go out and you wrap up well.

"That is rad."

Really, Texas?

I wish I could send every ounce of rain that fell on the northeast this year right down to texas. Keep it, we dont need it here anymore or at least for the next 50 years.

Would have been a good place for all that water that overfilled the Missouri all summer long.

Mother Nature: "I got your further study right HERE."

Wow, way to sound 'tarded, yo.

Some historical review may be in order before you decide to start making this some sort of political biatchfest.

Perhaps we should dig huge channels in the ground so that the rain can run from higher elevations and latitude to lower elevations and latitude.

I'm not sure what to say...

It looks alien to me without seeing mosques in the city as a dust storm approaches.

/ In related news, it looks like the Army found it's next desert training area! And they even speak English (sorta).

I hate to say this, but. With video cameras being as common as ball-point pens, videography should be part of the core curriculum in US schools.
