That being said, he doesn't appear to be in an actual coma. Usually comas are marked by a stereotypical body posturing, and often involuntary movements. Additionally, patients in extended comas tend to show wasting of the skeletal muscles. I think it's possible that this is hoax or some other misunderstanding. That said, I hope John Clarkson the best in his struggle to make America great again!
