Or since you're one of the richest people in the world you could just not be a dick if it's such a big deal and do it for free. Otherwise stop complaining they use cast members they have salaried.

I could be wrong, but I bet the SAG would not allow SNL to let someone act for free. Unions do that sorta thing. I'm sure Bloomberg would take the least amount SAG would require.

This. You can take union scale, but you can't work for free. Alternatively he could take his paycheck and donate it but this is Bloomberg we're talking about.
