Are they paid positions? I'm sure they could find someone to fill those jobs, but they might have to ignore the quality of the ID's.

Even when, by Executive Order mind you, all Commissioners of New York State are required to fulfill an ethics training course?

This very same ethics training course that will open in a new window when clicked on?
