Phoung has worn a mask over her face since 2008, when her skin first began to sag. She is married, and says the unconditional love from her husband has been her strength throughout her ordeal.

that's a good man right there.. not sure if most men would stay with a wife that out of a sudden looks 100 when she's really only 26.

2011-10-17 11:32:28 AM
Her only chance for normal kids is to marry Ben Button.

I worked with a woman who had a similar problem. She developed IIRC a nasty cellulitis of the face, which puffed up to several times its natural size. Aside from the visual, it was really scary - she was hospitalized for weeks and almost died. When it finally went away, her facial skin was that of a shar pei.

Luckily, she was in her late fifties when it happened, already totally gray, so it didn't look all that out of place. Her whole face was completely changed, though.

Freaky.

Clearly she's been fed on by a Wraith.

Is it early? There are WAY too many grammatical issues in these comments to even point them out individually.

You mean like split infinitives and excessive use of adverbs?

Yeah, I've seen those children that look old, but there seems to be something off about this. Not saying it's not true, just that I need more info, which, in fact, I DO NOT WANT.

How the hell do you split inifinite? See you guys sound smart but you're really dumb.

Madman drummers bummers: split infinitives

Which are perfectly fine in English because English isn't farking Latin. The ability to split infinitives and improve the clarity of the sentence is not a bug: it's a feature.

/Don't be pretentious.

Huh, the asians really are streamlining everything. Soon enough they'll only live 1 day and accomplish everything they needed to; including a violin recital, making 10,000 shoes and causing a ten car pile up.

One should never allow facts to irritatingly get in the way of annoying grammar nazis.

(Yes, you may take "annoying" to be an adjective or verb.)
