I hear the market for 3rd yachts and 2nd ballrooms is booming again. I hear its stuff like this (and derivatives trading) that really makes an economy hum.

Imagine how much more awesome it would be with additional cut taxes for the rich!

As opposed to what? Wealth redistribution?

I propose an experiment. Take 50 random Occupy Wall street protesters and give them each one million dollars. Then lets see what they do with that money, and where they are in ten years. I'm going to bet 48-49 of them will be broke, and bitter. Of course I'm broke and bitter, so I don't have the money, nor do I have the patience to wait ten years, so I'll pre-judge now. Your all losers!

/wow, that doesn't make me feel any better

Find a rich man willing to perform that experiment and will be honest about the results. We spend billions to learn about particle physics. Isn't $50m a small price, when the knowledge payoff is fixing the whole economy?
