I think that would be the upset of the year, but then again this game doesn't look that exciting. Not a big TNA fan but I may pop in to see if there are any funny things from the sports tab posters.

Promoting Kendrick as "The Wizard of Odd" because they can't come right out and say "this guy walked out of WWE because he loves smoking pot too much" is pure TNA goodness.

I went from considering actually attending the PPV ($12 for nosebleed seats), to considering going to a local theater to watch (purely for the inevitable MST3K-esque commentary going on), to debating whether to even bother streaming it.

Meh.

There was a period there where the The Brian Kendrick gimmick was really getting over. His pop at becoming interim WWE Champion (unrecognized, of course) during the scramble match at Unforgiven was pretty big. At this point, though, I'm sure he'd be struggling to make both Caras not botch, yes.

GimpyNip: Also, note that Hogan is not wrestling tonight, he's having a fist fight! against a guy who has taken gimmicks from two dead actors...Brandon Lee & Heath Ledger. Rumor has it that this match is going to end worse than the Vegas Indy 300.

These are going to be The World's Gentlest Bumps. At his age, brother, his boots don't leave the ground.

Why not? Don't give two shiats about TNA but it can be fun to make fun of the terrible booking. Didn't order the PPV but if if find a place to stream legally watch this fine product in a timely manner, I may join in, otherwise I'll just read the thread as the events unfold.

And it's the last of the Russorific booking, as Vince Russo was demoted from his position as head of creative for Impact Wrestling. He's been replaced by Bruce Pritchard, better known to WWE fans as "Brother Love".

I liked the opening match, but i dislike Karen Jarrett as a terrible Vickie Ripoff.
