What I find absurd is that we mostly vote fat old white men, occasionally angry looking old women (and obama I guess) into office over and over again. And yet we somehow expect change when we let our decisions be made entirely by an age group that is scared by change.

I think a mix of ages would make for a much more dynamic and representative society.
