Plus it's not as if what he said regarding the Jews controlling Hollywood was incorrect.

Check this list out and tell me they aren't. The majority of big name actors out there are jewish.

Ditto for directors and producers:

The fact that AKIVA GOLDSMAN, the man who wrote Batman and Robin (as well as some of the biggest turds out there) is still making big time money should tell you.

I don't give a fark about Mel Gibson's personal life. I feel no need to judge him and I'm baffled as to why others do except for the obvious cases of self righteous self important sewing circle busybodies that would farking explode if they couldn't gossip about some stupid bullshiat every half hour.

When is his next movie coming out? Not the touchy feeley ones, a violent anti-hero cop movie... or maybe some war epic.
Because I'll watch the shiat out of it, just like I have with all his other badass movies.

I don't need to feel some personal connection and approval of an actor's personal life to watch a farking movie. This is what it's like not to be crazy, some of you should try it out.

Hahahaha. It's pretty funny because omeganuepsilon: was blasting my English in another thread because I made a mistake, but now here he's supporting my arguments and you're blasting me for being "too perfect".

Last year I met a couple of girls from California and well, I like foreigners, so I started chatting them up. Mel Gibson is a damaged brand. Gibson's failed and been redeemed and failed and been redeemed. It's been five years since his last success, "Apocalypto"*, and his time is growing short. He's 55.

Mel Gibson is desperate. Jodie Foster (co-star in the charming "Maverick") gave him a shot in "The Beaver" (snerk), but it failed. Now he's pulled on RDJ (co-star in the abysmally stupid "Air America"**). Next up will probably be Julia Roberts ("Conspiracy Theory") since Heath Ledger ("The Patriot") is dead. And Gibson has this Hanukah/Maccabees thing going on, but I'm sure he pitched "Masada" first, as some form of redemption. Or maybe "Home for Purim".

Mel Gibson is a superb film maker. He is a great actor, director and craftsman. I liked "Apocalypto". I cite the Pieta-like scene in "Signs" as one of his best. But it makes him dangerous. "The Passion of the Christ "is the 17th most successful film in domestic gross--with $370 million.**** TPOC was a brutal film, and there are people wondering why they would want to give Gibson another loaded weapon? I'm not talking Jews***, and I don't think Gibson has "Protocols of the Elders of Zion: The 3D Experience" sitting on his shelf, but I think he's divisive and hateful in service of his faith. Spielberg made "Schindler's List", but he also made "Munich". There is the nuance of heavy grief that is missing from Gibson. Gibson's movies lash out, and they don't care who they hurt.

So regardless of whether or not Mel Gibson makes a public spectacle of himself and acts like a piece of shiat, my entertainment decisions have to be restricted according to what you think is relevant? I feel bad for the guy but he obviously has a serious problem with Jews running his industry. Plus that whole thing about his wife getting raped by black guys (I'm sensing some racial issues with the guy). He's made some great movies, but for me I can't justify seeing one of his movies again.

Besides there are too many entertainment options out there now, and more current actors worth watching. Ryan Gosling is a pretty good actor, so I don't need a retread Gibson to see. But I wish Mel the best.

As someone who is without sin and can give Jesus F. Christ a run for his purity money, I can tell you that Mel Gibson has had enough chances and should be kicked to the curb and be forced to work the drive-thru window at Burger King.

No matter what he might have done that is good - and not news worthy - he should be defined by what is spoon-fed from us by TMZ. Like me, he should be perfect and not have moments of extreme stupidity like 99% of his fellow Americans.

You see, I'm very offended by racism and I prove that by showing my hatred and intolerance for another human being. I have no problem seeing a person down and instead of offering a hand of compassion, stand on their evil racist body, and standing higher so my voice can be heard when I shout, "Mel Gibson is a racist!". I hate racism more than you because I make the effort to stand higher on the back of another person to make sure my voice is carried further.

I hate racism more than you because at no point in my life - as I've said, I'm without sin and have never made a mistake* - have I ever been to what some people describe as a weak and pathetic "dark place". Even though the paparazzi doesn't follow my every move every hour of every day of my life looking for me to trip up, Mel Gibson should be judged the same way everyone else is.

It's a verifiable fact that RDJ has never said anything stupid to anyone. We know that because TMZ hasn't reported it.

Before I jump back on my horse and ride off, let me leave you with this: Mel Gibson should be more like us people here on fark that judge him. If he were like us, his life would be perfect. Mistakes are a symptom of weakness - something that has no place in our America.

Weather is a little cooler up here - winds aloft from the SW at 8 knots.

* I bought a pencil with an eraser on it - that was more unintentional than a mistake

I do find it funny that the Fark crowd falls all over themselves to excuse Roman Polanski, who drugged and sodomized a 13 year old girl and never took responsibility for it, because he makes great movies. Yet for some reason, Mel Gibson is beyond forgiveness.

You people have your priorities out of whack. And when I say you people - I mean stupid farkers.
