Who says it only homeless and other types messing up the bathroom? In my office the guys treat the bathroom as if it was their personal room. Really messy, they leave paper towels all over the floor and occasionally someone uses so much toilet paper without flushing they plug up the toilet.

It's like working with kids.

The easiest way to eliminate paper towels on the floor is to put a garbage bin next to the door. That's because people are taking paper with them so that they don't have to touch the handle. Then, since there's no place to put it, they pitch it.

So if the token is free, how is this any different from any number of places where you need to ask for a key to use the restroom?

Sigh. Here's the proper way:

3. Done.

That way 99% of the people will continue to not bother washing their hands, 0.75% of the people will wash and dry hands on pants and the 0.25% will wash and dry their hands as god intended.

Hard Rock Cafe - the women were hands down, consistently the worst. This is a tourist restaurant where no one returns so they unfortunately feel no humanity! HAZMAT. Maybe feminine hygiene and morals have improved since the 1990s.

It was a place in Baltimore called Kiss Cafe. One of the managers was a lesbian and once a month we had our "last kiss" party.

I think they let me work it because I am not particularly impressed by it. When I was working, I was there to make money and I knew the girls didn't want to sleep with me so the flirting and free shows didn't cost the bar many free drinks from me.

This isn't new. I was in Nola about half a hear ago and the McDonald's in the French Quarter had this. Given it's location, it is understandable. However, I would be pissed off if the McDs where I live started doing it. Whenever I am driving and have a code brown, I will pull into the nearest place and often that is a McDonalds. I can't tell you how many times Mickey Ds has saved me from shiatting my pants.

Vespasiani. Yes. I was there for Dec. 31, 1999 and there were like a million people with ten portable toilets. All that beer's got to go somewhere.

Its a bit disgraceful for a city to blatantly allow and encourage booze sales right on the street, and not provide for the inevitable. I'm not against open sales, but damnit, what goes in must go out.

I'm sure public toilets in the Quarter would quickly turn foul beyonnd belief, so my solution is to make the street sellers provide a portapot.
