The inclusion of this article "Tyrannosaurus rex hunted like a lion, rather than regularly scavenging like a hyena, new research reveals. " takes away a lot of creditability since Hyenas are considered of the best hunters in the African wilderness. In fact in most wilderness areas the hyenas have a far greater success rate than lions do. The perception of them as scavengers can be a little misleading.

If your "science" journal cannot get it right about animals we can still observe, how can we trust you about the ones we can't.

Lions just have a better PR department.

Yes, but now he looks like the T-Rex out of Toy Story. Just. Adorable.

The headline doesn't seem to make sense. The article is claiming that T-Rexes might have been bigger than we thought, not smaller than we thought as the headline implies. Normally it wouldn't matter but the whole 'joke' of the headline is kind of dependent on it.

Why do they keep capitalizing all the letters in Sue when it's apparently not an acronym but just a nickname?

Subby, notice the article doesn't capitalize the word 'rex' in the name...

Extremely appropriate since this is the actual dinosaur specimen mentioned in the article (minus the polka-based necromantic resurrection).
