Thanks a lot drug laws. (say a prayer to them, please! those drug laws saved us!) Thank you Eric Holder. 20 beheaded Mexicans will replace those plants. Thank you so f*cking much, I feel safer already.

PROHIBITION is a three-part, five-and-a-half-hour documentary film series directed by Ken Burns and Lynn Novick that tells the story of the rise, rule, and fall of the Eighteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and the entire era it encompassed. (new window)

Probably too long, and not enough fart jokes for them.

So, because you think you are more in the right than usual, it's ok to be a racist shiathead? I'd usually sarcastically say that your mother must be proud, but the apple doesn't fall far from the tree and she's probably a racist shiathead just like you.

Yeah, they woke up a law abiding citizen, destroyed his state permitted product and basically took money out of his pocket.
This pisses me off!
Now his clients will have to buy it from their Mexican neighbors.
The riot gear is simply to intimidate and as a taxpayer the whole thing pisses me off. What a waste of tax resources.

Damn straight. Spread the word, but for god's sake DO NOT mention that to the judge or the prosecution, don't even hint that you have any clue what jury nullification is or your ass it out of there.

Sheriff Tom Allman said Cohen appears to have followed all of the county's regulations, which cost the cooperative about $8,500 a year.

The cooperative has been lauded by local officials for its efforts to conform to regulations. A county supervisor and sheriff's sergeant have testified on behalf of the cooperative in Sonoma County court.

Well, I feel safer.

Gieringer and Smith contended the raid on Northstone did not make sense, politically or for public safety reasons. In their view, it serves the interests of illegal, black market marijuana dealers because it will drive more growers underground and cause a spike in pot prices, which have been on the decline.

"This is a victory for Mexican cartels," Gieringer said.

Wait... no I don't.

I made that mistake during voir dire for some kid popped for selling three rocks of crack; no weapon no priors. I said there was no way in hell, under any circumstances, that I would help the state send someone to jail for such a bullshiat charge (not in those words).

Needless to say 15 minutes later I was on my way home.

Pot is the only thing that has kept nor-cal from collapsing (further) into a meth addled cesspool. With out people growing pot our economy would go from laughably small to non-existent, to two tweekers fighting over a crust of bread.

no. the jury may nullify the law via refusing to convict based on the judge's instructions, but the jury itself will not be nullified. the law would be nullified.

Yeah, this is going to cost him votes. Nobody who hates him is going to vote for him no matter how many pot co-ops he closes, but the more he farks with medical marijuana, the more he's going to keep people at home on Election Day. It's a very, very bad move politically, and it's morally indefensible.

So, once again, I will be forced to vote for the bucket of maggot-ridden buzzard puke that tastes just slightly better than the other. Thank you EVER so much.

I wish this was hyperbole but I know better. Honestly though it was Nor Cal growers in concert with Mexican cartel folks that blocked legalization. I can't tell you how farking annoying it was to hear my grower friends talk about how they weren't going to vote to legalize because it would drive prices down.

This guy in the video is one of the few who has spoken out in favor of legalization which explains why he got taken out.

On marijuana, you could tell Obama was a piece of shiat almost right off the bat when he took power, his condescending response to the people asking about legalization in one of those town halls he did pretty much showed his attitude on the issue. And since then it has only gone down hill.

And they was using up all kinds of cop equipment that they had hanging around the police officer's station.

They was taking plaster tire tracks, foot prints, dog smelling prints, and they took twenty seven eight-by-ten colour glossy photographs with circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one explaining what each one was to be used as evidence against us.

Took pictures of the approach, the getaway, the northwest corner the southwest corner and that's not to mention the aerial photography.
