The Bengals should have dealt this asshole years ago.

I wish I didn't pick him in my league...

He's a diversion, and a fairly decent 5th option [behind Welker, Hernandez, Gronkowski, Branch.] Either way, Tom makes every other receiver look better except for Ochocinco who's a complete farse, burnout, overzealous a-hole.

If he's got time to tweet, he's got time to have his nose in the playbook.

Questionable talent aside, I find it strange that will all the criminals and geniune assholes in the league, it's this guy who people rail against for daring to have a good time and for actually acknowledging the fans on a somewhat personal level.

I think a lot of people would feel better if he actually did his job to earn those fans. The CEO where I work can be nice as hell to the pleebs below him, but if the company is hemoragging money, I'm still gonna rail on him.

Right now he doesn't even deserve the twitter followers he's acknowledging

Yeah, those 20 seconds he spent tweeting that he could have spent studying the playbook would have totally had a serious impact on his game.

Seriously, STFU.

He had 2 rather important catches against the Jets (one, an absolutely beautiful catch on the sideline), but right now he's just being outplayed by Branch and Welker.

Welker is on pace to have a Jerry Rice sort of season.

I guess I can understand the "attention whore" hate he seems to get. The days of Barry Sanders are over. We'll never see another star player handing cups of gatorade to his defenders as they leave the field.

However, Chad seems to be a hard worker that is just trying to have fun. In Cincy, he was always staying after practice signing autographs and helping younger receivers.

NE's offense is read based, you have to see what Brady sees, and react accordingly. That can take a while to learn. Hopefully he can get a grasp of it soon, gain his confidence (no more big drops), and make a difference before his career ends.

I don't watch the Patriots, but is he dropping passes or missing routes? Or is he simply not being thrown to because Brady prefers other receivers? If it's the former you have a complaint, but if it's the latter, you can't really blame 85 for that.

It was Bruschi that said that about Ocho.

You rarely even see him on the field. Probably less now that Hernandez is mostly healed up.

9 catches on 14 targets (a couple of which were not catchable). He dropped a TD against the Bills.

Basically, his playing time has been minimal and basically he's averaging 3 targets per game. (Welker is averaging about 13 targets per game, as a comparison. Branch: 7)
