The real story here is about the K-9 officer. I grew up in that county and this does not surprise me in the least. Clayton County is the nutsack of Atlanta. Crime and dishonesty run rampant there and that's just the County officals!

You'll notice that the officer didn't have a wreck, but rather, his patrol car decided to crash.

What really happened, I guess, maybe, ok.... Cop gets to accident of known robbers. See's one still alive. Goes "oh shiat. Damn it. Paperwork for a live one, and one officer to pay to guard the mother frecker in the hospital". And then accidentally robber shoots himself in head... Case closed.

Yeah I was also gonna comment on the dog. How shiatty of them to immediately retire it to get out of paying for injuries it sustained on duty. I mean they call the dog a k9 officer, if you fark with the dog it's the same as assaulting an officer, but once it's hurt on the job and has medical bills now it's just a dog? They only reason they decided to pay was not because they wanted to do the right thing all of a sudden, but because the media was picking up on it and they wanted to avoid looking like douchebags. A little late for that.
