I'd say it's more of a data protection tha a child protection issue. Looking at tfa, it appears the school teaches 13 and older, and, honestly, if a boy isn't looking for filth flarn filth by that age, he ain't trying. So it's more about, ahem, protecting children from these specific images than anything else.
